PARLOUR NAILS POLICY
Our policy is designed to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the services we provide. It is not affected by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To ensure we deliver quality service efficiently, please adhere to the following:
- Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances prior to receiving any service.
- Provide feedback or comments during your service to ensure our staff can meet your requirements immediately.
- Notify the staff/ salon manager immediately if you have any concerns regarding the salon, the staff, or any service.
- Inform the staff/salon manager immediately if you have any infections, abnormal reactions, or conditions related to your nails.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to:
- Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
- Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
- Anyone in poor health who may be contagious or at risk of being harmed by our services.
- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, being rude, or mean to our nail technicians and other customers.
Guarantee:
Please remember: nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will remain beautiful for weeks after your service.
- Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days. Dipping services are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment. If you notice any chips or lifting within this period, please call us to schedule a free repair using the original color.
- You must book a repair appointment within 5 days of the initial service.
- Repairs for breakages, tears, or corner chips beyond the guarantee period will be charged.
- Regular polish services are not guaranteed.
Refunds:
- If you are not happy with your nails, please notify us before payment. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given once you have left the salon.
- Once you walk out of the salon, you are confirming satisfaction with the services provided.
- We will redo any service at no cost if you notify us immediately after the service if you are unhappy with the quality.
- No cash refunds will be given after the service is complete.
For Your Protection:
- Keep all belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Child Safety:
- For safety and insurance reasons, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parents while in the salon. You are responsible for any damage caused by your children. To maintain a relaxing environment, please ensure your children do not run around, yell, or cry.
Late Arrivals:
- Appointments have a 15-minute grace period to account for unexpected traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate arriving late beyond 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we can accommodate your full service.
- Being late can disrupt our schedule, causing delays for other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or full service.
Cancellation:
- Appointments can be canceled 4 hours in advance by calling 843-815-2201. Please give at least 4 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. However be aware that if you repeatedly cancel an appointment without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
- We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 4 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.
No shows:
- If you make an appointment but fail to show up and do not cancel, we reserve the right to charge a service fee.
